Things that are beautiful are perceived to be better, but are they?
People spend more time with products that they find beautiful, and they claim they are easier to use. The products seem to function better because they are beautiful. We all are all shallow enough to have what is called an attractiveness bias; we perceive beautiful things as being better, regardless of whether or not they actually are.
